MUMMY TUMMY Group exercise classes for mums: Strengthen your core & pelvic floor and manage diastasis recti.

Join Anna Kwan (BSc, ACSM, for a 7-week progressive core strengthening course aimed at healing and restoring function to your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy.

All participants will receive:
