Core Confident

 

MUMMY TUMMY Group exercise classes for mums: Strengthen your core & pelvic floor and manage diastasis recti.

Join Anna Kwan (BSc, ACSM, www.coreconfident.co.uk) for a 7-week progressive core strengthening course aimed at healing and restoring function to your core and pelvic floor after pregnancy.

All participants will receive:

  • A bonus PDF guide on postpartum core and pelvic floor healing.
  • A full health screening
  • A diastasis recti and core assessment
  • Full support for the 7-week journey

 

The classes are all mat based and mats are provided.
